WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY ?

Returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Our return facilities are available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Australia. For return requests, kindly drop us an email, and we'll tailor a solution based on your location.

Items returned or exchanged must be received in brand new condition, with original tags and hygienic liners attached. We reserve the right to reject returns in worn condition or without tags. Rejected returns won't be sent back, refunded or exchanged. Please refrain from sending returns without processing a return request, we will not be able to accept it.

Please be aware that, according to our return policy, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

WHEN WILL I SEE MY REFUND ON MY STATEMENT ?

Refunds will be processed once your return package is confirmed delivered to our designated return address. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary based on your bank's procedures. Exchanges and store credits will be dispatched upon receiving confirmation that your return is en route to our return center.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Please note that we provide Standard Delivery services to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Canada and most cities in Australia ONLY (with the exception of selected overseas territories and dependencies,please see shipping policy for more details).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 11am PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once an order is processed and fulfilled by our warehouse, it is then handed off to the designated carrier for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been marked fulfilled.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ?

The estimated delivery date is 7 business days. Unforeseen delays beyond our control may arise, such as issues related to an incorrect address, adverse weather conditions, or holidays. Kindly allow us a few days to address any shipment concerns. If you experience delays, please reach out to us promptly via email.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT SIZING?

If you have questions about sizing, we provide product size information on the product detail page. Feel free to contact us(hello@ancosti.com), and our professional team will provide you with expert advice.

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED AT CHECKOUT?

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. Some countries may require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we will follow the standard exchange/return process. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, or items lost or damaged during shipping. 

Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it. We reserve the right to charge a fee for reshipments in the case your address was incorrect, there was failed delivery attempts and/or your package was sent back to our warehouse as an RTS (return to sender).

CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM?

All  FINAL SALE  are not eligible for return or exchange, including items purchased during promotional sales. No exceptions.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST ?

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
