Shipping Policy

We ship to the following regions and  provide free standard shipping for all orders over $100.

  • North America (USA, Canada, Mexico)
  • Europe
  • Australia
  • Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE)

Bespoke Delivery services outside the above jurisdictions may be available upon request, please contact us at hello@ancosti.com before placing your order in this case.

Shipping Rates & Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Ancosti is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate delivered within 5-8 business days. All orders totaling $100 or more will qualify for free standard shipping.

FedEx Express: $12 flat-rate delivered within 4-6 business days.

* Due to varying peak and off-peak sales seasons, shipping and delivery times may fluctuate within the mentioned range. For a more precise estimate of your order's arrival time, please email us at hello@ancostil.com, and we will provide a more accurate timeframe based on current conditions.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or inability to contact the customer during logistics dispatch, we will make every effort to assist logistics in sending notifications to the customer's email. We will strive to complete the delivery with the customer's cooperation, but we are unable to issue a refund in such circumstances.

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility of logistic provider (such as Fedex, USPS , royal mail etc) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of logistic providers. Ancosti will not be obligated to handle such issues.
