Return and Exchange Policies

Please be aware that any requests for a return or exchange should be made within 30 days of receiving your order to Items to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as you have received them, unused or unworn, together with the original tags attached. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Please also note that Ancosti cannot accept returns on used or damaged goods. 

In the return/exchange request, please mention your reason behind the return/exchange together with your receipt/email proof of purchase. You should be expecting to hear back from us within 3 business days. Should the request be accepted, you will be sent clear instructions to return/exchange the items. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages or if you have simply received the wrong items. We try to resolve any product issues as soon as we can and, in any case, you should expect to hear back from us in no more than 3 business days.

Kindly note that once an order has been successfully delivered to the designated shipping address, we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Please note that all items purchased with labelling “FINAL SALE,” or items including gift cards, gifts with purchase, or discounted merchandise, cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited, without exception. Additionally, all customized or modified items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.


Please follow the steps in the email we send to you to process your return and exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection decision with regards to your refund. We will notify you separately through email once we have received your returned item(s). We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the conditions indicated above. The refund, once processed by us, would usually take up to 7-15 business days to reflect on your account. This is due to the varying processing times between payment providers, and whether it comply with our Return Policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment account. 

Please be aware that if the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.  If the items received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
